Stephanie is the lead account manager at MetaMed. She wears many hats in her role to bridge the gap between productions, client relations, and internal office development. Within those spheres, Stephanie manages website projects (both new and redesigns), working closely with teams of copywriting, designing, and engineering talent. She also acts as the primary point of contact for all her clients, beginning with website development, through launch, and well into continuing online marketing efforts. As our most senior member of the account team, Stephanie continuously provides insight, guidance, and process development standardization for the entire team at MetaMed.
With more than 10 years' experience in the financial and healthcare marketing space, Stephanie has acquired a pool of knowledge within many marketing media, including direct B2B, event management, and digital marketing. She uses these skills daily to anticipate her clients' needs and industry movement, stay proactive in her role, and develop strong client relationships. If you ask how she advocates for her clients, Stephanie will tell you that she is their voice inside MetaMed. But she knows that to be the best representative on their behalf, she must be an even better listener. Stephanie credits her success in launching numerous websites and having strong, long-lasting client relations by answering the single most important question: What's in the best interest of the client?
Stephanie holds a degree in business with a major in marketing and tourism management. She is actively pursuing a Communications Certificate, and is looking to obtain her PMP (Project Manager Professional) certificate. In addition, Stephanie continuously strives to build her industry network, developing relationships with all sorts of talent, vendors, and resources. In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys playing competitive volleyball, reading, and spending time with family.
