MetaMed Marketing provides top quality digital marketing services (Web design, development, SEO, Social Media, etc.) for elective healthcare practices to deliver maximum client ROI. The S&M manager will help clients to understand and make the most productive marketing choices while providing education and guidance in genuine support of clients.

The position includes technical training and valuable professional networking.


  • Develop new and improve existing lead generation processes to deliver sales leads
    • Referral partner development and relations
    • Develop growth strategies across multiple channels
    • Deploy Digital Marketing Campaigns (Newsletters, Blogs, Social Media)
    • Nurture and strengthen referral relationships
    • Generate new strategic referral partner relationships through cold calling, referrals, and networking events
  • Develop new and improve existing outbound sales processes to close prospects
    • Proposal development (Site mapping, proposal drafting, presentation, order entry)
    • Account Manager interactions & trouble-shooter/liaison role for active client concerns
    • Develop a new outbound sales team to attain all set objectives
    • Assess and introduce new sales management software
    • Perform virtual webinar website assessments

Key Skills

  • Foundational knowledge of major digital marketing channels including websites, social media, SEO, PPC, online reputation management, and newsletter marketing
  • Basic knowledge of website analytics
  • General knowledge of aesthetic medical segment
  • Strong proficiency in MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Basic WordPress utility experience

General Requirements

  • 2 years of sales & marketing experience
  • Positive attitude, collaborative team spirit and positive response to supportive feedback
  • Self-starter: Ability to work independently, manage and prioritize time around tasks
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to foster trusted advisor relationships with clients & referral partners
  • BA/BS degree or 4 years of formal training with relevant experience
  • Occasional travel: approximately 3-4 times per year (Passport required)
